The French feast known as Le Grand Aioli is a Provençal tradition celebrating the bounty of summer produce! It is held in late summer, after the garlic has been harvested. The participatory nature of the meal makes it especially popular for large group gatherings and embodies the sense of a convivial meal shared with friends and family. The star of the show is a heaping bowl of aioli served with a diverse array of steamed seafood and vegetables.
