This is a live, interactive, hands-on cooking class held online via Zoom.
One of the foods Gracie waits for all year for is fresh Albacore tuna. It is affordable, rich, tender, flavorful and versatile. Join her in celebrating this glorious fish with three recipes. We will prepare a crudo of raw albacore, a seared tuna tostada, and an olive oil poached tuna that will store well for a week (perfect on grilled bread or in a Salad Nicoise!).
