The San Francisco Examiner reports that a man shot and injured in the Mission District in June died on Saturday.
Fidel Amezcua, 29, was shot in the torso by an unidentified suspect estimated to be in his late 20s at 12:14 a.m. on Sunday, June 26. Amezcua was left in critical condition, but succumbed to his injuries this weekend.
