Two people lost their property to robbers Monday – one while she was sleeping – and one person was stabbed.
This morning at around 4 a.m., a 46-year-old woman was asleep in her home on 24th street between Valencia and Guerrero streets when an unknown suspect broke into her home. She woke up from the noise to find money and her cell phone had been stolen. No arrests have been made.
Just before 2 p.m. on Monday, a 39-year-old male was at 17th and Capp streets when an approximately 25-year-old male approached him and pulled out a handgun. The suspect demanded the man’s wallet and cell phone and the victim complied. The man with the handgun then fled on foot, leaving his victim behind uninjured.
That evening after 6 p.m., on Market street between Guerrero and Dolores streets, a 50-year-old man with a knife approached a 38-year-old man. The suspect then stabbed his victim on the shoulder and fled on foot without taking any property. The victim was transported to San Francisco General Hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.
