At Valencia and Cesar Chavez late Saturday afternoon, there was the kind of impromptu jam session that makes the Mission special. We also heard that there was a wonderful Mexican singer at the 16th Street BART Plaza . Did any one get any video of that? If so, send it to info@missionlocal.com.
