The National Transportation Safety Board and the station KTVU have published a statement apologizing for the names published in a KTVU story of the Asiana Airlines Flight 214. The NTSB has blamed it on their intern.

A member of the SF Trans March board and trans activist Jazzie Collins has passed away. The organization is hosting an event today at El Rio from 3 to 8p.m. to raise money to cover the costs of passing as well as assisting with the travel costs of her family.
