Uptown Almanac reports that Supervisor David Campos is hosting another meeting to discuss whether the liquor license ban should go or be changed. It will take place on Wednesday, June 13, at the Mission Cultural Center for Latino Arts, 2868 Mission St. at 25th.

The liquor license moratorium was put in place in 1996 and has been called “outdated” by Supervisor Scott Wiener. Campos told Mission Local that he’s interested in hearing from the community before he decides whether the legislation should be changed. We’ve been reporting on this issue and plan on attending the meeting; we’ll report back.

If you spot any naked bicyclists tomorrow, it’s because it’s World Naked Bike Ride Day!
