Today marks the one-year anniversary of the Japanese tsunami. The Mercury News has a piece on Bay Area Japanese Americans visiting affected regions. And the San Francisco Chronicle reports that California scientists are currently creating new coastal flooding maps and tsunami escape routes.
Four more people have come forward to say they were victims of the alleged phony plastic surgeon who operated Derma Clinic on Mission near 21st.
From SF Appeal:
“Two other victims came forward in January and early February, and four more have come forward since then, saying he performed procedures such as facelifts and lip and buttock augmentations, according to the district attorney’s office.”
