PGE reported that at 7:20 a.m. power went out affecting 3,300 customers around 16th and Mission streets, by 8 a.m. power had been restored to 2,300 customers. By 9 a.m., all but 24 customers had power again.
PGE spokesman Joe Molica said at 9:56 a.m. that those final customers should have power by 11 a.m.
So far, he said, they know that the power outage was caused by a wire that came down at 14th and Valencia.
