Evidently the Chron was aiming its story at hipsters and such, not at Hispanics, who surely would prefer a Mexican or Salvadorean restaurant.

The Sun Rise Restaurant can be cozy, Mission Local Eatery when it’s not too busy. Oh and the Heirloom Cafe. Really, there are so many great places. Sitting on the stools outside of Chile Lindo works well.
