Last night a suspect carjacked his 18-year-old friend’s Chevy Malibu after getting into an argument near Shotwell and Cesar Chavez. Both friends were inside the car at 11:30 p.m. when the argument erupted. The 18-year-old female driver pulled over during the fight before her 20-year-old friend forced her to leave the vehicle. The man took the driver’s seat and fled the scene with the vehicle. The female was left stranded in the middle of the night. The suspect has not yet been arrested.
