Just before 8 a.m. on Tuesday, police report a 31-year-old woman was just about to get into her car on Florida Street between 18th and Mariposa streets when a car pulled up next to her. A man in his late 20s exited what was described as a four-door dark green Toyota or Honda, then grabbed the victim’s purse, and a struggle ensued. The suspect took the victim’s purse and fled in the car. The woman suffered a minor injury and the loss of her wallet, credit cards, ID, and cash, and no arrest was made.

A 31-year-old man was at 16th and Bryant streets at 3 a.m. on Wednesday when three men got out of a red four-door Honda sedan and grabbed him from behind, and threw him to the ground. One of the men ripped off the victim’s backpack, and all three men got back into their car, joining two other suspects, and drove off. The victim, who had suffered non-life-threatening injuries, transported himself to the hospital.

A suspect arrested for the May 30th murder of Tiara Williamson has pleaded “not guilty,” the San Francisco Examiner reports. The suspect may have made a statement that indicate the shooting was unintentional.
