At 3:45 a.m. on Thursday, May 19, on Guerrero Street between 14th and 15th an 80-year-old woman was sleeping in her apartment when she heard a noise at the front door and her dog started barking. The woman checked and saw nothing unusual, returning to bed. After waking up hours later, she saw that her garage door was open and that her motorcycle was gone. The police have no suspects and have not made an arrest.
Between 1 a.m. and 9:15 a.m., a 40-year-old woman was sleeping in her apartment on Dorland Street between Church and Sanchez when an unknown suspect hopped her fence, entered her garage through an unlocked door, and took a bike and helmet from the garage. The police have not made an arrest.
Also that night at 1:30 a.m., a 38-year-old man was moving his car hear 19th and San Carlos when two men in their early 20s approached him and asked to use his phone. The two suspects then chased the victim and stole his wallet and phone. Both fled northbound on San Carlos. The police have not made an arrest.
