At 2 a.m. on Monday, April 11, a 36-year-old man was walking near Mission and 24th streets when he was approached by two men. The men punched the victim in the face, knocking him to the ground, where he lost consciousness for a few seconds.

The suspects took the man’s wallet with cash and a credit card inside, as well as his cell phone, and fled. The victim suffered a swollen and lacerated lip and lost one of his front teeth. The suspects were not arrested.

Early on Tuesday, at around 3:20 a.m., a 25-year-old man was walking home on 17th Street between Capp and South Van Ness when two women in their 20s walked up. The women snatched the man’s cell phone, and a fight ensued.

The man fell to the ground, and the women kicked him in the stomach, then pepper sprayed him in the face. The suspects then took his wallet, containing cash and a Mexican consulate ID card, and fled in a black sedan.
