As it turns out, bad things happen even when you’re parked, but especially if you’re parked on 16th Street near Potrero Avenue.
One 35-year-old male victim was asleep in his car on Monday at 9:30 a.m. when a man, age unknown, broke in and grabbed the victim’s laptop.
The owner woke up and struggled, but failed to rescue his computer. The suspect fled and jumped into a Silver Nissan Altima driven by a woman between the ages of 20 and 30 years.
No arrests have been made.
