After a weekend filled with various acts of violence and two homicides, the Mission saw two more robberies at the tail end of the week, according to police reports.

Early Thursday morning, around 1 a.m., a suspect described as 25-30 years-old came up behind a 29-year-old man, walking near the corner of 24th and Mission Street. The suspect struck the man in the back of the end—a blow that caused him to lose consciousness—and took the man’s wallet. The suspect fled the scene and no arrests were made. The victim had minor wounds and was treated at San Francisco General Hospital.

On Cesar Chavez Street, near Florida, a man around 45-years-old pointed a gun a store employee as she was opening up her shop near that corner at around 8:30 a.m.. The gunman demanded the woman give him prescription medicine. The woman complied and the man ran off.

If you have any information about any of the incidents described above you can leave an anonymous tip at Mission Station by calling 415-552-4558.
