Mission Station officers arrested a suspect with a warrant out for human trafficking, according to yesterday’s Twitter post on the station’s feed (@SFPDMission).
The suspect was picked up in connection to prostitution on Capp Street. Both Capp and South Van Ness streets have long been at the center of discussions about prostitution, with residents often complaining that their quality of life is impaired by sex workers and clients.
According to the Mission Station’s Twitter post, the suspect was also in possession of a firearm. The SFPD has not responded to a request for more details.
