A case of arson brought two employees of Foods Co. on the corner of Folsom and 15th to San Francisco General Hospital Monday night. At around 6:30 p.m., a 24-year-old woman entered the grocery store waving a knife. The woman then poured lighter fluid on the ground, and lit the fluid on fire.

The San Francisco Fire Department was on the scene shortly to put out the fire. The woman was taken into custody at San Francisco County Jail on charges of arson and burglary. She is currently in San Francisco County Jail awaiting a court appearance.

The two Foods Co. employees were treated for smoke inhalation and are in stable condition. There was no serious damage to the store.

Earlier that day, a robbery occurred at around 1 p.m. in a Mission Street restaurant near the corner of 16th. A 15-year-old boy was approached by an older man brandishing a gun. The 15-year-old handed over his jacket and cell phone and the suspect ran off.
