Housing seems to be dominating the political agenda lately. Mayor Ed Lee has been talking about how to develop underutilized publicly-owned land and build middle-income housing. And now, according to Socketsite, Supervisor David Campos is about to ask Mayor Ed Lee to commit to working on tenant buyouts. The details are sparse, but look for housing and tenant’s rights to be on the forefront of the City Hall agenda in the coming months.
