Just minutes before at 4:16 p.m. a 35-year-old man and a 40-year-old woman approached a 42-year-old woman walking on 18th Street near Capp Street. The male suspect punched the woman in the face and his accomplice took the victim’s phone from her pocket, according to the report. Both suspects fled on foot.
