For college students, nothing’s worse than getting a tuition bill. Worse, a bill you thought you had more time to pay off. Soon, however, many collegiates will have to fork over the funds for all unpaid registration fees. In an effort to avoid loosing accreditation by next summer, City College of San Francisco is frantically taking aim at nearly 20,000 of its students to reclaim those $4.6 million in fees—some of which date back a decade.

Clarion Alley Mural Project Block Party 2013 is here and starts today at 11 a.m. – 10 p.m. Rock out to two stages of musical performances on Mission street, and on Valencia street, while enjoying some good old fashioned street mural art. Got nothing to wear? Check out this year’s event T-shirt by Mike Reger. And while you’re out on in the Mission, don’t forget to stop by Brava theater to show some love for original artists René Yañez and Yolanda Lopez.
