Police responded to reports of gunshots near Guerrero Street and Rosa Park Lane at approximately 3:20 p.m. on Sunday.
Police Department spokesman Sgt. Michael Andraychak told Mission Local that one witness claimed to have heard four shots. According to other witnesses, the suspect, identified as a man, fled the scene in a white car.
Police and crime scene investigators found several bullet casings near the scene and bullet holes in a nearby building.
