According to the Examiner, San Francisco could become the first U.S. city to regulate mobile retailers. Currently there are no permits for mobile retail, but city officials are drafting regulations in anticipation of a boom similar to that of food trucks.

The United States may need to build at least 3 million new rental apartment units in the next 10 years to satisfy all of the renters who will soon be looking for places to live, according to the Atlantic.
