More than 900 people were injured this morning in Russia’s Chelyabinsk region after a meteor estimated to weigh 10 tons broke apart in the sky. Scientists report that the meteor was traveling at 10 to 12 miles per second. The shock wave from the explosion smashed windows and collapsed roofs, causing concussions and cuts from glass. According to the Chronicle, the Mission is on the verge of becoming San Francisco’s most desired neighborhood. Check out this list of homes that will make you cross your fingers that the landlord doesn’t raise your rent. One, on 21st Street, sold for almost $10 million last November. Records show that the house last sold in 1997, for $1.2 million.
