According to the Chronicle, the Mission is on the verge of becoming San Francisco’s most desired neighborhood. Check out this list of homes that will make you cross your fingers that the landlord doesn’t raise your rent. One, on 21st Street, sold for almost $10 million last November. Records show that the house last sold in 1997, for $1.2 million.

Enjoy the sunshine!
