Although Dandelion’s cafe doesn’t officially open until Wednesday, they’re doing a soft opening today through Sunday. Their hours will be 11 a.m. until 6 p.m. (or until they sell out). You’ll be able to check out their selection of daily pastries by Chef Phil Ogiela, hot chocolate, cacao fruit smoothies, Tisano cacao husk tea and Four Barrel coffee.
