The Chronicle reports that the city attorney is urging a federal judge to dismiss a lawsuit against San Francisco’s ban on public nudity. The nudity ordinance, passed earlier this month by the Board of Supervisors, is scheduled to take effect on Feb. 1, 2012.

Mission Mission has posted a link to a petition to lower the fence on the proposed park at 17th and Folsom. The fence is supposed to be 8 feet tall, but some residents are fighting to change that. Do you think that’s too high for a park fence?
