UPDATE: The spewing has been contained as of 8:56 p.m., according to a reader. Apparently a construction worker hit a water pipe.
G. Garcia, a reader, sent us this video of a geyser on 24th and Shotwell streets.
He said he is not sure if it was caused by a fire hydrant or an underground pipe. We will update this post as we get more information.
