A woman’s car was set on fire in front of her home on York Street, between 24th and 25th streets, on Friday night, police said.

At around 11 p.m. the 37-year-old woman looked outside her window and noticed that her car was on fire. The San Francisco Police Department is investigating the incident as arson.

Sunday

A woman sustained life-threatening injuries after crashing her vehicle into a parked car in the Castro neighborhood on Sunday night, police said.

The victim evidently crashed her Toyota Corolla while traveling on Market Street between Danvers and Hattie streets. Police responded to the incident shortly before midnight.
