A comment on SeeClickFix caught our attention this afternoon.
“This 6-foot-tall birdcage has been illegally dumped for three days now. The dumper has chained the cage to a fence, so a pair of bolt cutters will be necessary.”
The birdcage was found on Precita Avenue near Coso.
Who has a 6-foot-tall birdcage and why has it been left outside, chained to a fence? We have no idea. Do you? Oh, and if you happen to walk by there, send us a picture.
