Peter Cordova is one of 120 artists at Creativity Explored, an art center on 16th Street that provides artists with developmental disabilities a place to create, exhibit and sell their work. Cordova, 45, originally from the Philippines, has lived in the Mission since 1986, and has been making art at Creativity Explored for almost 16 years.
