At the tour of the water treatment plant on Berry Street, in Mission Bay, they wouldn’t let anyone take any pictures. Not even the Costco-sized boxes of mini marshmallows mysteriously stashed underneath one of the stairways.

And so: I give you, the view from it. That would be the 280, in all its glory.
