Twitter users have started to complain about power outages in the Mission, SOMA and North Beach.
PG&E was not able to confirm the outage but a spokesperson said that if there was any problem they would dedicate all their resources to fix the problem.
Update: A PG & E spokesperson just told us that 2400 buildings have lost power and that multiple crews are on the job fixing it.
It’s most likely equipment failure, he said, but PG & E is not entirely sure yet.
