At a hearing Friday morning, the Public Defender’s Office is expected to reveal a new video and other evidence at odds with police reports involving Mission District officers.
The hearing will take place at 9 a.m. at the Hall of Justice. An earlier tape allegedly showed five Mission District officers taking what appeared to be a laptop computer and a camera from the Julian Hotel, an SRO hotel near the 16th Street BART station, according to the Public Defender’s Office.
