Asiento, which is the newest tenant in the Starry Night building at 21st and Bryant, really does want to be a neighborhood bar. It’s run by woman who lives a few blocks away. It is the sort of joint that your mom would feel comfortable in. It has events that go something like this: “Board Game Night.” That’s right.
