SF Indiefest will be presenting The Northern California Action/Sports Film Festival at venues around the Bay Area. A line-up of over twenty action-packed surfing, skating, skiing, climbing, biking, paddling and mountaineering films will be presented with FREE admission at the screening rooms in Sports Basement stores in San Francisco (1590 Bryant St), Sunnyvale (1177 Kern Ave) and Walnut Creek (1881 Ygnacio Valley Rd).
The Opening Night party will take place at Mission Cliffs (2295 Harrison Street, San Francisco) and feature short films, vending and info booths, food and drink, live music and general merriment.
The Opening Night Film will be A Deeper Shade of Blue- How Hawaiian Surf Culture Conquered the World.
The Centerpiece Film will be The Environmental Impact Of Surfing: MANUFACTURING STOKE.
The Closing Night Film will be Beautiful Cinematography and Amazing Ski/Snowboard Footage causes SOLITAIRE To Rise To The Top of Ski Films.
