On Thursday, July 12, Luis J. Rodriguez who was named one of LA Weekly’s People of the Year 2012, will be at 826 Valencia from 6 p.m. to 8:30 p.m.
Rodriguez will be promoting the release of his memoir It Calls You Back: An Odyssey through Love, Addiction, Revolutions, and Healing. He will be available for a book signing.
Books will be available for purchase at Modern Times Bookstore as well as Tia Chucha’s Bookstore.
The event will be free and open to the public.
