On Friday September 14, Killing My Lobster will be hosting its 15th Anniversary fundraising event at Verdi Club.
The event will be attended by writers,actors, patrons and supporters of Killing My Lobster. Marga Gomez, who was voted “Best of the Bay” comedian of 2012, will host as the MC, and the celebration will be done quincenera style.
For 15 years, Killing My Lobster has been making people laugh, participating in sketch festivals from Vancouver to NYC, winning “Best Comedy Group” from both the SF Bay Guardian and SF Weekly, and much more. Alabran says, “And we’d like to be around for another 15 years. Well, more than 15 years, really. And there comes a time when a helping hand is needed. Now is that time.”
Tickets will be sold on a sliding scale, from $35 to whatever amount you wish to donate.
