Jaded Ibis authors and friends read queer and/or weird texts that appeal to readers with wild minds. Enjoy references to cognitive science and cognitive metaphysics, hyper-ethical perversity, language like chewed glass, moms, cephalopods, The Goddess, and an eerily familiar semiotics cult.

Bios:
Janice Lee is the author of KEROTAKIS (Dog Horn Press, 2010), a multidisciplinary exploration of cyborgs, brains, and the stakes of consciousness, and Daughter (Jaded Ibis, 2011). She can be found online at http://janicel.com

Anna Joy Springer is a former bandmember of Blatz, The Gr’ups, and Cypher in the Snow. She is an Associate Professor at UC San Diego where she teaches experimental writing, and her own books are called The Birdwisher and The Vicious Red Relic, Love.
