The Board of Supervisors’ decision to reinstate San Francisco Sheriff Ross Mirkarimi late Tuesday night is drawing criticism from Mayor Ed Lee. District 9 Supervisor David Campos was one of four supervisors who voted to reinstate Mirkarimi.
