It is 8:14 a.m. but these photos were taken earlier this morning. It is now 50˚ and expected to rise to 65˚. Details for the next ten days here.
Thank you Day Light Savings Time – for ending and making light at 6:30 a.m. so much better.
To celebrate, I thought I would explore the far northeastern reaches of the Mission, but it was already 6:45 a.m. and I soon realized the sun would be too bright by the time I reached 15th and Utah so I instead turned south.
Today’s block: 25th to 26th between Florida and Alabama. It is a block full of edges and contrasts and Florida appears to have taken on a beach-like persona of its own.
With the light good early on, so much the better to sign on to document your block. Don’t wait! Let us know what day and block you would like at info@missionlocal.com.
You can see a map of all of the blocks here. The blocks in grey are being saved for others who have signed up. Let us save a block for you as well.
