  1. It does seem like a blatant copyright infringement to me.

    But in any event it is clear that the “blogger” (that’s a job or a hobby?) did not have clean hands and went there not to learn but rather went expressly to criticize and protest.

    If you demonstrate bad faith in that way then you cannot reasonable complain when you get slapped down.

    Put simply, he did not act in good faith.
