The Blue Plate’s Meat Loaf

 

Earlier in the week, the NYT offered Tartine’s bread recipe and today the SF Weekly gives us the Blue Plate’s meatloaf recipe.

We ate there for the first time last week and it was amazing. We did not have the meatloaf, but had lentils with lemon – to die for – and what is so far, the city’s best fried chicken. So yep, I would try their meatloaf recipe.
