‘Editing’ Life Stories Can Create Happier Endings

Apparently tweaking the end of stories (white lies?) can improve emotional health. Studied by researchers at the University of Virginia, this process of “story editing” rests on the idea that if you believe you are something else, then you create opportunities for those beliefs to become a reality.
