Yet the Mission District has an overwhelming amount of Verizon stores, McDonald’s, Western Union check cashing joints, Walgreens, Big Lots, & the list goes on.
On the other hand, if a Peet’s, Starbucks would move into the area, that block would improve, other good businesses would follow, crime would go down.
