  1. I know my comment is not going to be popular but people are not looking at the whole picture. When Zimmerman shot Trayvon, Trayvon was on top of him banging his head against the floor. In my opinion Zimmerman defend himself. I am aware that there is a lot of injustice against young black males but I don’t think this one was one of them.

    1. Dear, Trayvon was probably trying to stop Zimmerman from shooting him.

Frankly, I’m happy that Zimmerman had his head banged up. For shooting someone WHO WAS UNARMED…. it’s the least that could happen to him.

I’m just sorry Trayvon didn’t knock him out cold. If he had, the UNARMED teenage boy who wasn’t doing anything might still be alive.

  2. You know, Zimmerman should have been guilty. I’m as shocked as anyone. But shocks me more is the complete lack of outrage – in the black community and elsewhere – that 72… that’s right, seventy two, people were shot in Chicago over the holiday weekend. Almost all black, almost all shot by blacks. Think about it.

    1. Daily shootings in Oakland & SF – Black against black, hispanic against hispanic – It never ends. Yet no outrage!
