Good Morning Mission!

It’s warming up around here — well, at least a little. Temperatures are expected to get to 60° today. Details here.

Is the weather getting you down? Maybe it’s the flu. The SF Examiner reports that flu cases are on the rise in the Bay Area and throughout the state:

“The best defense against the flu is getting vaccinated. This year’s vaccine is an excellent match against this year’s influenza strains,” said Ron Chapman, director of the state health department. “Our flu season may not peak for several more weeks, so I encourage everyone to get vaccinated to protect not only themselves, but those with whom they come into contact.”

What does $2.55 million buy you in the Mission these days? This five-bedroom house on Lapidge Street.

The former El Mexicano on 24th Street is now Zoe’s Bar and Restaurant.
