Pal’s Take Away, the little gem of a sandwich shop tucked inside Tony’s Market at Hampshire and 24th streets, is looking to relocate and expand. In search of a bigger kitchen and better equipment, owner and chef Jeff Mason has put a call out for donations through a Kickstarter campaign.

The goal is to raise $10,000. As of now, 83 people are backing the project and $6,342 has been pledged, but only four days are left to make a donation. So if you love Pal’s or just want to support a small business using fresh, local ingredients, read about how you can help. Also, check out the videos on Pal’s Twitter page and the Bold Italic to learn why locals love it.

Best of luck, Pal’s!
