The Council of Mexican Federations opened its application process for students from immigrant backgrounds, including those who are undocumented, to receive scholarships for 2012-2013. According to the application, “the goal of this year’s effort is to award scholarships in the amounts of $500 to students attending a Community College, $1,000 to undergraduate students attending a four-year College/University, and $2,000 for graduate students.”
