Deal with South Van Ness while you are at it. South Van Ness moves far faster than Duboce does.

When do we get bulb outs, lane reduction and traffic calming measures? You are worried about a parked bike being damaged instead of cars ripping through a street that is loaded with pedestrians.

Every major street in the Mission has benefited from calming measures except South Van Ness.

Is there a reason?

Don't say it is a thouroughfare because all of the other arteries have been slowed. That is no longer an acceptable reason.
