They’re fooling themselves by taking this down, public urination is a fact of life in the Mission – they should have used a picture of the sidewalk or a trash can instead of a tree.

There are dozens of these billboards in the Van Nuys/North Hollywood area of Los Angeles. Was that a mistake too??? They have not been removed.
